  • Do I need an air pump to inflate the pool? No! Our pools are foldable and made with rigid walls. No inflation is needed. Simply unfold it, fill it with water, and watch your pet play.
  • Is the material durable against dog claws? Yes, our pools are made from tough, extra-thick PVC material designed for pets. However, to extend the life of the pool, we strongly recommend trimming your dog's nails before use to prevent accidental punctures.
  • How do I drain the water? The pool features a built-in drainage valve on the side. Simply open the cap to drain the water quickly.
  • What currency is the store in? All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank will automatically convert the total to New Zealand Dollars (NZD) at the current exchange rate when you checkout.
  • How long does shipping to New Zealand take? We ship internationally from the USA. Typical delivery takes 8 to 16 business days. We ensure the pool is folded and packed securely to arrive safely.
