This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on zylex.shop and outlines our fulfillment and delivery practices.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). “Processing time” refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our facility.

  • Product Care Note: Before shipping, every foldable pet swimming pool is inspected for seal integrity and carefully packed to prevent punctures during transit.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates We ship orders internationally from our United States facility directly to New Zealand.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Stone Mountain, Georgia, USA.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time to New Zealand is 7 to 13 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.
    • Remote Areas: Deliveries to rural areas in New Zealand may take an additional 2-3 business days.

3. Shipping Cost We offer Free Shipping on all orders to New Zealand. No handling or delivery fees apply.

4. Import Taxes and Duties (GST)

  • Currency: All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD).
  • No Surprise Fees: We ship to New Zealand on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis where possible. This means applicable New Zealand GST (Goods and Services Tax) and import duties are included in the product price or covered by us. You should not be asked to pay extra fees to the courier upon delivery.

5. Shipping Locations We currently ship exclusively to New Zealand. If your destination is not listed at checkout, please contact us for further assistance.

6. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can track your shipment status through the link provided in the email.

  • Note: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update as the package clears US outbound customs before flying to Auckland.

7. Delays Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather disruptions, airline delays, or biosecurity inspections by New Zealand customs. We appreciate your understanding in the event of any unforeseen delays.
